Modern technology

Our mobile workplace trolley is assembled with the most modern maintenance-free technology. Together with Dutch producers we live a unique product. less=more. as well as in our mobile workstation.

We made our workstation plug and play, no switch, control systems. with our smart battery meter and a smart inverter, it’s just a matter of connecting a charging plug…

Composition

The mobile workstations are available in various models as standard, but can also be put together according to your wishes.

Our standard options are with fixed or exchangeable battery system, storage tray, extra socket instead of USB, logo on both sides, foldable side tray for mouse or paperwork (a4 size), label roll holder, storage tray underneath the platform or an intermediate tray.

Coating in any RAL color

Our mobile workstations can be produced in any RAL color of your choice, standard models are delivered with RAL7035 (light gray) this is all free of charge to customize the colors of, for example, the company logo or in traffic red to generate safety on the shop floor or in the warehouse. A mobile workstation in green looks completely different and harmonizes perfectly in any warehouse. A workstation in black coated profiles exudes class and purity.

The paint is applied to the aluminum profiles as a powder electronically and then baked in an over. This process is very high quality, and is carried out according to European standard standards.

Inverter technology

Our mobile workplace trolley is assembled with the most modern maintenance-free technology. The PT Series’ compact, user-friendly and simple design makes it ideal for use in mobile workstations. The PT series has True Sine-Wave AC output with 700 and 1600 continuous watts, respectively.

With high peak power, the PT inverter delivers the power needed to start up demanding electrical loads such as variable-speed IT peripherals, advanced electrical devices, printers and more. The selectable frequency 50-60Hz is also one of the many features of the PT inverter.

Charger technology

Our mobile workplace trolley is assembled with the most modern maintenance-free technology. PowerTrolley’s CHAMP chargers are efficient, intelligent and very compact battery chargers. Suitable for all our AGM batteries.

It is a switch mode design and incorporates the latest components and technology in power conversion. The internal electronics control the charging phase. The charging phases are continuously monitored and adjusted during the charging process. The product is suitable for all working environments of our mobile workstations.

Battery technology

PT deep cycle AGM lead acid batteries offer high integrity and reliability for industrial applications. The maintenance-free design is particularly suitable for heavy-duty use and repeated deep discharges, making the PT Series the first choice for heavy-duty traction applications.

The AGM Deep-Cycle mobile workplace batteries the valve-regulated maintenance-free AGM lead-acid battery from the PT series has safety at deep discharge with a service life of up to 12 years the batteries can be recycled up to 99% and are safe and environmentally friendly the ultra-modern batteries have a robust battery construction with the impact-resistant plastic casing they are completely leak-proof, vibration-free and maintenance-free with high power consumption and low self-discharge.
